Catching up...

I must say it has been a while since I have posted. I guess I can say I was busy? Alot has happened in the past month... Well somewhat.. My brother moved to Omaha with my Dad which is nice is a way because I don't necessarily have to worry about his whereabouts. I recently payed a visit to Esuchen, many of you know that I used to work there and that they have an awesome hair care line, which brought me to visit and buy some hurr products. And some pix are from the "petting zoo" we had at our Church which consisted of Bunny's and Ponny's lol.

Yea so I guess I wasnt that busy, here is a couple of pix of this past month.

Labor day weekend/Downtown LA

Sister Sister....

So I must admit that as I’ve grown older I haven’t been up to all my sisterly duties. I have been extremely focusing on different areas of my life; wedding, marriage, exercise, and work that overlooked the absence I was in my sister’s life. My sister and I have a 9 year age gap. I know that as a teenager all I wanted to do is get out and roam free with my friends and as it turns out my sister doesn’t want to roam free with her friends but hang out with her older sis.

I am the oldest child of four and not until recently became relatively close to my twin brothers but never really attempted to involve my sister in my daily life. Why? I am quite unsure. . I’ve heard it’s quite common to not have a close relationship with your siblings until you hit your 20’s. I often think I was because we have different things in common, and we are both in different places in our lives but that shouldn’t be my excuse. I realize that I have been acting more like a roommate than a sister. We have often argued and it always hit’s home. It tends to be that she is saddened by the fact that I put everything before her; I Don’t keep my promises to hang out with her and she is hurt that I always have time for Jesse; my husband. It hurts to know that I have hurt her in such a way and I am sorry. I think that by spending quality time together will open the communication gap betweens us thus feeling more comfortable with one another.

I saw this movie Saturday night and It was awesome. It had alot of laugh out loud jokes........ loved it and its such an adorable ending. BFF FOREVER LOL....
